Quality Cosmetics is a US contract cosmetics manufacturer for a wide variety of cosmetics products.  Our specialties range from color cosmetics, pressed foundations, blushes and eye shadows to mascaras, cream concealers and liquid foundations.  Our on-site development laboratory has produced thousands of formulations, including Natural and Mineral cosmetics products.

Quality Cosmetics, founded and operated by Rick & Theresa Persaud and their family since 1984,  is a well-known cosmetics manufacturer in the industry.  From the beginning, we have helped our small customers develop to reach their full potential.  We specialize in small quantities for start-up companies and continuous shipping programs for larger operations.

As an OTC and FDA registered manufacturing facility, we are able to provide top quality products at very competitive pricing.
